Bloonix Trademarks and Logo Usage Policy The Bloonix name, logos, favicon, and other visual brand elements are trademarks of Bloonix GmbH. Scope: This policy applies to all visual assets that are clearly identifiable as part of the Bloonix brand, including but not limited to: - Bloonix logos (in any color or variation) - The Bloonix favicon - Any icons, shapes, or graphics derived from the Bloonix logo design License Status: These trademarks and logo files are NOT licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License (AGPLv3) or any other open-source license. They remain the exclusive property of Bloonix GmbH. Permitted Use: - Use the unmodified Bloonix trademarks and logos to represent the official Bloonix project. Prohibited Use: - Modifying, altering, recoloring, or adapting the Bloonix trademarks or logos in any way. - Using them in forks, re-branded versions, or derivative projects that are not the official Bloonix project. - Using them in a way that implies endorsement or official status without prior permission. Forks and Derivative Works: If you fork or redistribute Bloonix, you must replace all Bloonix trademarks, logos, and related brand elements with your own branding. Permission Requests: For any usage outside of the permitted scope, written permission from Bloonix GmbH is required.
